Two fruit cups with mango puree, yoghurt and fruit cups, Special K cereal as well as the fruit loops and Bran Flakes (which taste like cardboard even when smothered with yoghurt). A couple of mornings I have even tried the sachets of oats (which are meant to have hot water added to them) with yoghurt which has not been too bad.

    Today was very very wet. It didn't start raining until I crossed the state line into West Virginia which was about 40 miles into my ride.
