The evening event was held at Ron and Helen Hasting's house. We went early, so we could tour the Wichahpi Commemorative Stone Wall. Tom Hendrix has been working over 30 years to build a wall to honor Te-lah-nay's journey. It was surely a lot further than we wanted to go but unfortunately there are not many good places to drop anchor beyond Decatur, at least until you get to Wheeler Dam.
