... outside the border security area. It was about 45 minutes we had to wait for them to get released.

We then drove on through and went through some road works, where they were digging up the entire road. Not long after that, we received a large stone chip in the Ford's windscreen.

We stopped at Harvey to have some lunch and decided to see if we could get the windscreen fixed as soon as possible to ...

I went for a run in the morning and then we headed across Minnesota towards Duluth...past ALL those lakes in Minnesota! So many of them.

Change of plans today, severe weather forecast of hail & high winds in Minot ND, where we intended to spend 2 nights, therefore we decided to go due north into Canada, border crossing was uneventful, Canadian roads however very eventful, terrible roads, we literally had nuts & bolts falling as ...

... Ho Chi Minh City (from now on referred to as HCM). Back to the computer only to let us know that our itinerary had us booked only to Seoul. We showed our paperwork and it took awhile, but finally she found we were indeed going to Viet Nam. But then she said United doesn't have a baggage agreement with Viet Nam Airlines so we couldn't check bags through to Viet Nam. I told her our paperwork says we can check all the way through. Her second call of the morning to a ...
