The dinner venue was the Juke Joint which serves southern food combined with live jazz and soul music. The service was very poor and slow however the food was good, music great and the people really very friendly. We had multiple people say hello to us, welcome us to Atlanta and wish us well on our travels. We met, who we would later learn, was the owner who took a shine to the girls and even shouted ...

... car return and it was time for dinner.

We walked 30mins to midtown to a fantastic southern style restaurant called Mary Mac's Tea Rooms which was established in 1945. Great southern food; fried chicken, shrimp and grits, cheese and vegetable soufflé, mac 'n' cheese (but not as you know it). A rather popular restaurant as we understand it.

We look forward to exploring Atlanta tomorrow.

... it helps the airline from having to reimburse, or pay for hotel rooms. Made sense to me because as I looked at the radar of Atlanta on my phone, it honestly looked pretty clear... but then again, I'm no weather lady! As she complained, I thought to myself "why the heck do you fly Delta this often then?!?" and of course, right when I THOUGHT it, she says "I only fly it because my company pays for it!" It was almost as if she was in my head!

... clothes but what was currently on my body and it definitely not the NYE outfit I was hoping for. Hmm.. I guess I have a legit excuse to shop (all though for once, I really didn’t want to shop for new clothes—I just wanted what I had packed). After filling my claim the woman hands me a little blue bag that contained a toothbrush, toothpaste, a comb, and deodorant—oh okay, this makes everything better. Thanks… Alright, I’m not really ...
