Today is Tuesday - my day for my Stretch and Balance class with Sandra. As it turns out my class - Exercise, Stretch, Tone and Balance - was with Larry Wood at the Savannah Rec Centre. It was such a beautiful morning I used the golf cart to get there and exercised muscles I had forgotten I had. It turns out Larry's class is an excellent substitute for Sandra's class. Dare I say anyone comes close to Sandra?
