    ... we are still at the right track. To avoid getting lost somewhere in the Appalachian, we have to make a tough decision: back the way we came - passing the wasp spot! (yes, the forest was indeed so dense there that we couldn't just walk around and outside the path).

    ... that day - but it doesn't matter. We sit at the porch of the Cafe and enjoy a tea and some quiet time.

    Lots of wild life around us: bunnies, deer, fawn, fire flies, snakes,...
    The kids served us boiled eggs, coffee, and tea in the morning.

    We got a pretty early start today: the goal was to be on the road between 9:30 and 10 and we did. After we got a picture taken of course. We headed out of Robbinsville on 143 to Hwy 28 S (Moonshiner's 28) to 74 for a little bit before we could get onto 19N.     ... But for the few days after Asheville, the thoughts came back at times. I think it was just having a couple days of doing nothing, eating well and sleeping in an actual bed that did it. So even though my milage was fairly low, my morale wasn't great, and it took a couple days to work it back up.
