The nice people at the Y let me get in a nice 2 mile jog on the treadmill (something I have yet to do on this trip and man it showed!) and now to shower at the church before another host-provided meal potluck style :) That's a wrap! 9 straight bike days start tomorrow! Special shout out to Anthony--Happy 23rd ...

... lunch and powered through a few more hours of painting before being shuttled to the YMCA for showers. Now, I'm back at the host snacking on some celery, carrots, and popcorn whilst watching the US battle out for a win against Ghana in the World Cup. Dinners at 615 at another generous church and probably a pretty mellow night after ...

... so many interesting people on the way and asking them why are you here? They reply the same thing, I have been told to do this as its a great experience. I met one guy, called Adam. He was telling me about the infrastructures of the bridge and how much it weighs and what the material is. I found some of it interesting but I think that was because he had such a cute accent. I just kept agreeing like you do when you just don't want to embarrass yourself either. I mean it was good too, ...
