Although we had a non smoking room, there was still the smell of smoke because other guests smoked outside the building but held the doors open so the smoke wafted into the building. It is a pity some smokers do not read the signs saying not to prop open doors and choose to make others suffer.
Room was good, beds comfortable and staff very polite. Breakfast was what we expected - some hot choices and cold pastries etc.

Almost all of Vickie's family made it to her house today so I could see everyone and so they could meet my travel companion Joanne. The grandkids have grown so big I hardly recognized them. It was so good to see Pam, John, Cindy and Brad again and always a pleasure to see Mom Jean. Tomorrow I get to see Debbie D and off we go to Amish Country.
Here's a picture of my adopted family and me with the sisters. I am the ...
To call the 110 miles spent riding around MidOhio's 14 corners (with the motorcycle chicane prior to the Keyhole) enlightening would be an understatement. This was a day spent learning the fundamentals of working with the bike to get closer to the full potential of bike, rider, tires and track.
I spent the day with a group in the middle of the novice pack. The first session went well other than some push at the front on the low ...
