As the Data Warehouse Director at The New School, Martha also came to the Higher Education Warehousing Conference this year and so we made plans to catch up over dinner. We met in the hotel lobby and took a picture in front of the UT Austin Clock tower - a 307-foot tall campus landmark located right next door to the hotel.

Afterwards, we headed out to a restaurant in downtown ...

    Goodbye Carla

A travel blog entry by larryg59 on Jan 23, 2012

I have been trying to write this blog for the past two days, and end up getting distracted doing other things. Well we finished the oil rig job and said goodbye to Carla the cow and all her friends ( I think we might have lost a little bit of our sanity doing this job). Felt good to get out of the camper and get a nice hot shower/bath, and see what the real world is like. We ...
