    Friday Night Commute
Friday night after a full week of work, I hitched a ride home with my friend to spend the weekend at his and his partner's place. This is a long trip and I really appreciate that they shared their weekend with me. Their son also ended up giving up his room. I know that I said this in the previous blog but it is nice being able to connect with people and build friendships even ...

Thirsty, and with only five Australian Dollar coins left in cash, I had no other option than to drink the tap water. I knew at this point I wouldn't have any clean water or food until I landed back in the Gold Coast. I raided my bags one final time for local currency yet found nothing, so accepted the fact for the next 14 hours I had nothing but ...

Woke up super early this morning at 2 am with an incredibly itchy hand, after half an hour I started reading to take my mind off it, I finally fell asleep again at 3:30. Our alarm went off at 6:30 this morning and I woke up with a fat hand( little finger and hand swollen). Emma went for a short run while Louis and I had breakfast and sorted out the van, after she returned and had brekkie and a shower we left the camp site and went to ...
