      ... around Azalea Bowl, which is a part of the gardens where various types of azaleas decorate a small lake.  It's so beautiful!  Many azaleas had already withered, even though I think they are supposed to be at their peak in April/May.       ... had multiple layers of taste happening all at once. The sweet potato waffle fries were more tasteful and awesome than they sound. They were delicious by themselves, but with the side of marshmallow cream, they went over the top. The marshmallow cream was very sweat and made the fries more like a dessert than a side.

      ... like it (and have the money, of course) you can go snorkling or diving in the largest tank! I would have loooooved that.

      After the two sights we went back to the hotel for a bit of relaxation and email checking, then off to get a late dinner at the Plate and Pint. Not a bad place, you need to know where it is though. We had passed it by on our way to Gordon Birch on our first night here, and a couple of times after, and now wanted to try it.
