    Today has been difficult already and I haven't even started the 7 bedrooms on my own... Woke for breakfast and served 20 people. Had to say goodbye to the French women and Remi - c'était triste!     ... from France and a father and daughter from Montréal. Interesting conversation about the difference in attitudes over here compared with Europe. Had samon again (woo!) and tried some strawberry wine the guy from Montréal had bought from a strawberry farm not too far away. Came back and set the table for breakfast - 18 and it's my turn.
