After we crossed the bridge into New Brunswick, we decided we had driven far enough for the day, so we got a hotel in Campbellton, literally just over the bridge. And no where safe to stop. I stopped for a short time in Perce to take some pics and wander along ...

... off, though the day has undoubtedly begun in a sort of murky way. Having that surreal feeling of motion as a huge, industrial train pulls out next to us, yet we remain still. I feel very far away from everything I have ever known in the world and so I want to stake out a little normality. I wonder what time they start serving coffee in the ...

Took us all day to drive from Quebec City to Campbellton, NB arriving at the Sugarloaf Mountain provincial park. Who would've thought we'd be staying at a ski hill but many of the campgrounds are closed already so choice is limited. Again we are dealing with our car battery going dead...thank goodness for CAA. We ended ...
