    ... police for biking on the wrong path. After the lake, I decided I'd try and visit a tea village. What ensued was my first real travel mess up of the trip. I picked up a tourist bus, but either took it in the wrong direction or missed my stop, which I only realized when I got to the terminus.     Life is going fairly swimmingly for me now in Hangzhou. I feel as accustomed as I can be, because a foreigner will always be treated differently in China. Generally it is a positive thing, but as a Chinese friend told me, people will always be curious about what you do, how you act and what you wear and eat. I can function pretty well here.     Well, a lot has happened since my last entry, and I can at least successfully say that I survived my first week at work. I can also say that I feel exhausted and overworked like an in demand cow.
