Qingdao (pronounced "Zhing Dow") is a mixture of old of new. Old Qingdao is dirty and gritty. The new city is clean and shiny since it was built for the sailing events of the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing and it has many new skyscrapers. We enjoy different beers until 4 pm and head back to the hotel for a short nap. After the dinner we go to the beer street to watch the crowd and do more beer testing. We finish 2 pitchers of beer among 3 of us, John, Jacob and me. We hang out in a bar until 11 pm.
