    ... some kind of pancake sort of batter, quickly fried, then an egg scrambled on it, spring onions thrown on top, a barbecue/spicy sauce brushed over it, some kind of crispy thing put on top, then neatly wrapped up in itself and put into a freezer bag.     ... and you have a party for your taste buds. Street food and the little ‘hole in the wall’ restaurants were cheap and cheerful, and on occasions the best meals we had.
