En fin de un viaje de bus de 8 horas paso a 10, podría haber sido mucho peor. Cuando ya llegamos al pueblo hacia un frío de la ostia y el hostel donde dormimos el peor de China con mucha diferencia, caro y con empleados muy antipaticos, estuvimos lo menos posible una noche antes ...

... earlier. This time take bus to the top! But decided to see Mirror Lake en route and finished up way down the hill again. Now to the top. SNOW!!! It's an on-off system and you just get the shuttle bus as needed. We stopped at several amazing places. The water is unreal with its tones of green and blues. And there are so many superb waterfalls, one very wide in an arc and impressive.

We went back to the split & went part of the way back up the other side so we could explore the bottom 1/3 there, which we had accidentally missed. We hiked a few more miles back to the split & decided to head back to town. Jiuzhaigou & the park are both beautiful, though quite expensive. There was another park nearby called Huanglong that based on pictures was beautiful as well, but was just too cost prohibitive to go there combined with ...

... join us. There are a variety of dining options, but of course since we are Americans our tour company had arranged for us to go to the most comfortable dining room. This is a buffet with a nice assortment of foods. Sometimes we need a little explanation of what we are about to eat.
