... his last. Anytime that is spent on Samui soil is precious; but spending a week with our loved ones as well as reuniting with our Afro-Asian family, Brian, Jane and their three children, was super-special. Born in Zambia, the Makai's have been living in Samui for the past nine years and we've been one big family since 2011 when we first visited the island. They are one of the main reasons we keep coming here and if you ever have the opportunity to meet them you'll immediately ...

Mai Pen Rai means, "no problem" in Thai and the atmosphere really reflected that thought. We stayed ...
Last nights bus was soo much better, we were so relieved when we first got on it: Lisa and I had seats together, the bus was a lot bigger, alot more comfortable, this time we had a toilet, I had bought myself some snacks AND a travel pillow which made a massive difference. There were lots of people to chat to as well which made it more comforting.. while we were waiting on the bus we met a lovely girl and her ...
