Well the dive people were spot on. The wind picked up and became strong and gusty. I would certainly not go out boating in wind like that. The calm waters were bumpy enough. We had breakfast (with HP sauce..mmmmm..) and went back to the room. We enquired about cooking classes and were told that, yes they did have them and it would cost 1,800 Bht per person. We gave it a miss. As I started writing my entries this morning, the power went off which is not surprising given that ...

... drop before another slope into some rather weak looking bushes and then beyond I had no idea what there could have been, the momentum of the fall would have surely taken me through the bushes. I continued up the last leg of the mountain, I must have been twenty feet from the top. The rope was taught, I briefly took both hands off in order to lift myself over a rock, I went to put my hands back on the rope, it suddenly dropped away and went slack, my hands completely missed ...

... be teaching. Learning perfect alignment, adjustments, and the benefits of each pose. We also learn about the history of yoga , delve into a little philosophy. After is tea/juice break we would do the modified primary series to finish off the day with a sweat. After nearly seven days of this I can already feel my body changing. I'm moving with much more confidence into the postures we've covered. I'm also moving a little more gracefully with ...
