We are in our new 80% discount hotel! You get some great discounts here at this time of year. It is right on the beach and a 15 minute walk to the centre of Lamai where all the night life is. Chaweng is a beautiful 7 km beach on a beautiful bay surrounded by palm and teak trees. The water is so warm and the sand so perfect. Dr Beach must know this is it! No high rises just bungalows with beachfront restaurants. A block away is main st. filled with restaurants and shops. The town also has a Thai Boxing venue and a water buffalo fighting ring!
