... booked the resort for 2 rooms 45 days in advance with full payment of Rs 46000 for 3 nights for 2 rooms, they were surprised to see us and told that due to some software issue, our advance booking was not reflecting in their records. Mr Anurag and Mr Vikram acted so dumb and did not know what to do.
Then we contacted Club Mahindra local Gujarat representative, Mr Amit Patel who spoke to them and the decided to allot us the rooms, whatever was available. repeat, whatever.
... and porridge would be perfect. Instead we were served the usual assortment of curry dishes. When we inquired if there was any fruit or porridge we were told no.
The afternoon was very relaxing, we enjoyed the peace and quiet and the scenery. We knew that we had a long, not so comfortable drive back to Delhi the next day so we were savoring every moment here.

We reached Shangri-la hotel a little further from Rudraprayag and realised that there is a landslide ahead and will be impossible to reach Rishikesh/ Srinagar.
Instead of being on the road, we decided to wait at Shangri la...Few hours spent.. well relaxing under a tree... and of course birding :)
