... predominantly Christmas decorations. Being America, it's difficult to contemplate doing anything without options of food and drink being easily within reach. In keeping with the German theme, the food on offer is comprised of stollens, kransky hot dogs, flavoured nuts washed down with mulled wine or beer. The decorations on offer are intricate and ornate, although we did struggle to recall how carved wooden dragons fitted into the ...

          Going to Chicago

... Lake Michigan looks like a sea and I can't wait to pound the streets tomorrow. We've not decided what to do but so far we've not made too many wrong moves and I have faith in our team choices. Chicago looks like a great finale to our trip. We went to Kitty O Shea's Irish bar next tour hotel and had a corn beef sandwich that bore no resemblance to corn beef a la Fray Bentos. Another hugely different but hugely enjoyable American meal. Viewers in huge numbers become instantly engaged so it is, in this sense, also interactive. The underside is a concave chamber which one walks through ...

I knew hopping in a taxi was the only way I was getting back in time. Jill planned to spend more time using the bus loop to explore further, until she had to get her shuttle later in the afternoon. It was hard to fathom that ...

          Let's delay my flight

... know, I'm okay with the fact that we didn't get a plane with mechanically issues. In the mean time I get to creep on all of the French conversations that are going on. Can I understand anything? Nope. To make things better my terminal was on the complete opposite side of the airport. I found it all by myself without asking anyone. I'm growing up so ...
