      ... part of Tanzania but oh well) we were then met by the local guide and shown the way to our hotel for the next 2 nights, Safari Lodge. Is a nice place, we have 4 beds in our room which is good as I need to sort out my pack!       Today, Megan and I were in "surgery" again. But really, that just meant surgical rounds again. However, today there weren't quite as many interns in the rounds with us, and it was much easier to ask questions and to hear the patient presentations.       ... in Tanzania, I believe this country has an increadible beauty and so much to see and experience, - and I really experienced a lot and I'm happy about this week, even it was exhausting - but honestly I prefer Uganda, Rwanda and Kenya to Tanzania... Maybe Sansibar is another reason to go there one day...

      Finally when flying back home from Dar to Entebbe, I was so happy being back in my beloved Uganda, the green "pearl of Africa"!
