... picked up so we are literally rocking and rolling back and forth. Rather eerie when you can't see outside anymore. I guess they have done this trip numerous times. Time to go and find something to eat I think. OMG. Never take the fast jet from Santorini to Athens. Nearly eight hours later we finally arrived! Some of the kids threw up as well as some adults in the rough bits. No fun. Never mind we are here now and in our hotel where we'll be for the next three ...

... home. We ate near our home and had a lovely dinner amounts other people from Quebec and France. I had their 'special' Moussaka which was fantastic while Christine had some salmon that was great - except the rice which to a food inspector means they cooled it wrong or reused some rice as poor C was sick a few hours later. A damper on one of our better nights food wise - though there have not been exactly any horrible ones to speak ...

Fortunately, a nice man called Danos who was selling rooms, offered to call my hotel and let them know that I was waiting for them. I was told I would be picked up in an hour and a half, which I was not happy about as I was eager to get to my hotel and get settled. However, showing my displeasure at this I was ...

    Beautiful surprises

... air and all over the ground. Once all the plates were broken we formed a large circle and did some Greek dancing. It was a really fun night and I kept a piece of a broken plate as a momento. The next morning I was up early to get ready for our group booze cruise. I met Jane along the main road and together we headed to the Busabout hostel which was the meeting point. Both of us had forgotten our maps but we ran into 6 others from our group so we thought we would be fine but ...
