... was spent driving down the Ice fields Parkway under clear blues skies taking in the incredible scenery from Jasper down to Banff &#8211; what an amazing experience which was nearly spoilt when we reached our intended RV park for the next 3 nights to find at 8 o&#8217;clock that we had been booked into the wrong RV Park an hour away back north. Another cock up I&#8217;m afraid to say from our agents (I wonder what treat we will get in return for this one!!).

... bikes up a few hills! So it took us about two hours to get to Patricia lake where we took a little dip in our clothes and then rode on to Pyramid lake for another dip. We thought the road might be a bit quicker on the way back so gave that a go - took like 10 mins to get back to town and all downhill cruising!! So yeah that was about it - went to a pizza place for dinner - pretty hungry and sore after that ride!<br>

On Day 2, we drove south towards Athabasca Falls, then headed up a rocky, unpaved road to hike the Geraldine Lakes trail. We made it past the first lake and midway towards the second, finally turning around at a massive rockpile. Afterwards we went into Jasper for a dinner of Japanese food. Details in the photos!

... are full so we spent the Wednesday and Thursday nights in a B&B type place (but without the breakfast!). On the Wednesday we went to the summit of a local mountain - Whistlers mountain. ... I got about a quarter of the way through the tour and I couldnt go any further. I felt like I was going to melt away. lol. Anyway, I went back to the van and then the driver and the guide took me back to the local family and they fed me tea. My guide then took me to a local doctor to get a examination done. I had a pretty severe bacterial infection and a fever of 103. He prescribed me some meds and I was getting kind of scared cause I was on my last 300 pesos. Anyway, the whole ...

... we have almost 2grand to spend between the 2 of us for 2 weeks. I think that will be fine. lol. I know we could have done it for a third of what we have, but, we will be the ones having the most fun down there. I want to go kayaking for sure, surfing for sure, hiking, I want to visit Teotihuacan and Monte Alban, and I want stay in some funky places and eat some amazing food, and of course, come back with alot of stuff.
