... Oops. For a non drinker I've had a lot of wine this holiday. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? Anyway it was lovely. In another food coma and overly content with the day we hit the hay. New bucket list ambition: ⭕ Go to Cannes Film Festival. Party on a yacht. Devour French market food all day. Tomorrow we have quite a long train to Beziers on the other end of the french coast before travelling to Barcelona on Sunday. The end is nigh. Scary stuff. Catch yo on the flip ...

So it was really bizarre to ...

Very stressful start to the day. I had decided to stay two more nights in Nice after hearing terrible things about Marseille and having no luck finding cheap accommodation there. Having originally planned to stay with friends while here, I am a tad over-budget and frustrated with certain circumstances. However, at the front desk I was told staying two extra nights was going to be costly (73 euro) and was highly advised to sort out Marseille or another town on the coast. I ...

... in a pack of pork scratching. The French and their pooches.

It would seem running makes me forgetful as I had to queue up twice to gather together the required four croissants, picnic of sandwiches, salad and pain bonnet. They did seem to be a little uncomfortable with the sweaty aroma by the end of the second visit. Ran back very uneventful other than my phone calling a fax machine on loudspeaker and someone called Ahmet Kut who I think is a bloke ...
