... I spent most of the next hour in the water. I think the water has more salt content over here as I can float no problems!

We hurried across to catch the next boat and managed to catch this one! We wandered back to the hotel popping into a few of the shops on the way. We had the key to the hotel all day so we were hoping Mike and Kyria weren't sitting out the front waiting for us. But they weren't there. About 15 minutes after we arrived back they came back as ...

We arrived in Cannes and it looked beautiful. Our first impression was that is was nicer looking than Monaco which we were in 4 years ago. We got off the ship early and started walking down the main street along the waterfront. Everything is very clean and there are a lot of treed areas. The shops don't open until about 10am so it was a good time to walk around and see things before it ...

More than once a passenger would start yelling at her before she pulled over at the next ...

... We were surrounded by trillions of dollars worth of fancy yachts, pleasure cruisers and also cars but what struck me most was the expanse and brilliance of the sea. I found it strange that there were next to no boats out under sail, especially as it was such a beautiful day. We wandered up around the point in the direction of Jardin Exotique de Monaco and Palais du Prince. Along the way we discovered a cute little pebble beach with the most beautiful, ...

... trying to find a top up card, and then again trying to find Christine's place!! I swear I walked at least 15km!! Oh well.. at least I managed to squeeze in a little bit of retail therapy.. the Sale Season was too much to resist! haha.

On wednesday, I headed back to Antibes and caught up with the crew agencies I didn't see yesterday. I think I was quite glad to have the meetings over and done with.. there seems to be quite a contrast between ...
