Pushkar is a good example of India’s multi-faceted character. I don’t know how to prioritize which is the biggest draw but Pushkar offers more than its infamous camel fair and holy Ghats. Tons of foreign wholesalers flock here to purchase textiles, jewelry and handicrafts in bulk. Every little shop consists of at least one festival …

Mensen

I got lucky, meeting the owner's son. He brought me to his hotel which is off the main road but very centrally located. I was happy to find somewhere nice and quiet. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean with TV and A/C. They also have a nice rooftop restaurant overlooking the ghats. I think it is a common place to stay for people who hire drivers.
