      ... wage packet, so after a wander around I go back on the bike and headed a few clicks back towards the roadblock and found a quiet spot, parked at sat in the sun with a cold beverage.

      Sunday we headed for the hills, in Ian's wonderful Fiat Cinqeciento, it's amazingly spacious inside and we enjoyed a picnic in the hills. There was no one else about everyone else was on the coast. There was a lovely river which I would have swum in but the others were clearly nothing like so impressed.

      ... after this, I can make what I want, when I want, and take a break when I feel it's appropriate. Hopefully I still feel this enthusiastic during the Atlantic crossing when I haven't left the boat for several days.

      ... and I still had to find my hostel. In a large city with lots of pedestrian steets and one way systems and eager Italian drivers!
      Much to my relief I found it quite quickly, although I may of driven on a pedestian only route....MAYBE?
