      ... overs urgghhhhh. The highlight for us however was that we were having a stopover in the district that our dear friend Michele Serafini came from toasting him with a beautiful Abruzzo red, salute. Time to move on, we jumped in Fifi and headed further up the coast and found ourselves an extremely full camping site in Cesenatico. They have over 800 camping pitches and there was around 5 left when we rocked up. Duh, Easter Saturday ...

      ... much to do for nightlife. Yet thats what made the trip wonderful because I often found myself on a massive beach with maybe only one or two more people on the entire thing with me! So considering the craziness and noise of my normal domicile in Rome, this was certainly an awesome experience.

      The Michaelangelo is very comfortable and helps us recover from our experiences at the hands of Mr Grimaldi and also from the disappointing ride up from Puglia. The clouds part as the Raven sets off in the morning for Bologna and we thoroughly enjoy the journey through some really lovely countryside.       Back in sulmona. Car now getting repaired so with no car decided to go walkabout for a few days while weather hot. Thinking of going upto top of mountain tomorrow....
