... came to visit us. One was selling lace cloth items sewn by local villagers, the other was selling wooden artifacts imported from the Kashmir region. I purchased a small wooden endtable for 500 Rupees (about 10 dollars). I still have a few rupees left for purchasing snacks from the shop here on campus! Many people were there, and they were serving some very spicy food (from what I hear, we aren't allowed to eat things that aren't prepared especially for us with purified water, as we aren't accustomed to Indian microbes). After that we had another meal (the food here is delicious, by the way). Kelly went to a meeting, and I headed over to the hospital to fix the doctor's email program and do some maintenance and upgrading.
