Today I decided to check out the Semenoggoh Orangutan rehab center just south of Kuching. I took the shuttle from the hotel Maderka Palace and met a bunch of travelers from England. Once we arrived, the driver dropped us off near the site of Orangutan feeding area. We checked out the caged crocodiles and the ranger came told us this is a site where orangutan are rehabbed back to their wild state learning to forage and care for themselves in the wild.
