We slept rather well and awoke relaxed. On getting up we noticed that a section of the picket fence had been blown down in the storm. Allen successfully repaired the fence (we hope!) and emergency reconstructive surgery was performed on a couple of branches of a bush caught by the fence. See attached before and after photos.

It was still raining when we finished our meal and were driving back to the Norris Mansion, but once we were inside, we forgot about it; how could we not in such tasteful and cosy surroundings?

Pascal drove us with our car to Zuerich airport, picking us up around 6pm after a days work in and around the house and last minute travel preparations.
