Next day took a bus tour with commentary - Pula occupied by Romans & Austro -Hungarian Empire & their influences are obvious. Roman ruins are everywhere, even playgrounds, street names-eg Via Flavia . Austro- Hungarian development of port, villas, workers accommodation, churches & very stately buildings. Further out ...

A travel blog entry by kristof.vdl on Jul 23, 2014

Today was the perfect day! This is what Croatia is all about: taking a boat, seeing the coast from the sea side, swimming in caves, swimming along the rocks watching fish and other animals in the sea, enjoying the beautiful coast from the sea side,... OMG I love Croatia!! Afterwards we went to the beach where we enjoyed the sun on our skin. In the evening we went to the same restaurant in Pula as a few days ago. Then it was time to sleep as tomorrow our journey back home ...
