Was it already 3 days? I cant believe our stay in CP is over. Wish we
can stay another day or two but we already made a booking with Corto del
Mar in Coron town. Of course we couldn't leave Coron without actually
visiting the places that always make the headlines- the mystical lakes

CP is offering these tour packages but of course

Coron Island looks like it should have been included in the King Kong movies for it has that forbidding feel to it as it looms over the area.

We are here, not to search for an oversized ape but to go diving. This area is famous for it’s WWII Japanese Cargo ship wrecks and boy there ...

... that you see of the Philippines come from these islands".

I should probably mention that the Canadian tag-alongs, Shirish and Corinna, we acquired in Manila are actually friends and had intended to meet us in order to do the very trip we are now embarking on. Corinna is the Filipino, and Shirish is an old friend from India, so I shall hereafter refer to them as the Canadian Indian Filipinos or CIFs, unless one ...

... behind I walked faster, my legs and hands were shaking. We passed a plastic chair in the street(as you do) ' Grab the chair' I yelled but by this time they had backed off. I was so scared and decided the best course was to get out of there!

So we did make it to the boat jetty about 2 o clock that day and there were plenty of trips you can arrange. It works out half the price doing the trip yourself as you have a boat for up to 6 people at 1500 peso. The agents in town ...
