So why, when in Southern Spain, would anyone want to make a trip to Iceland? Well, apparently it's the only one in this part of the world, so worth a visit! Hmm . . Wanted a bag of salad. Choice? A very relaxing day at the luxury apartment ! The Scotts all went to Almeira on a business trip and I enjoyed doing very little except chill on the veranda and read. No complaints there! ... in a Spanish fridge, like crab, prawns avocados and salad. A glass of wine completed the repast.  The evening took us down towards the beach once again for sundowners in a couple of beach bars before going to one of their favourite restaurants - Mediterranea - overlooking the beach.
