... You can still drink like Frank the Tank on occasion, but not all the time. Instead of waking up in the morning and just pounding coffee with sugar and milk, try a substitute. Drink a glass of water straight away, make a little fruit and granola, and greek yogurt bowl. Then Drink the coffee just black, or with very limited addings.
