    ... job with variety and I'm sure the taste too. The many types of fish I ate was always well prepared and I'm sure 'tasty' - if you like that sort of thing!! I'm looking forward to not eating it!!
    Pray.....I achieved those 'spirituality highlites' that were partially responsible for choosing this trip itinerary. I am grateful.Love....if being challenged by and learning to be more tolerant of others is a 'loving' characteristic ...then yes, I achieved ...

    ... Hammock where we saw mahogany trees which are one of the top ten endangered trees. We also saw Royal Palm, the Gumbo tree and Strangler fig as well as many other trees unfamiliar to me. From there we drove back the 30+- miles to our site. We are always in awe of our National Parks and the Everglades did not disappoint!     ... we could all enjoy the beautiful weather and disparage the ice and snow back at their home. We also enjoyed some exciting expeditions into the Everglades which I will be describing in a separate blog entry.

    Casey and I are fully enjoying the wonderful weather at our snowbird destination. Waking up to 70 degree temperatures in mid-January is a delightful experience.

    ... Gator show, where a guy showed us him feeding 7, 6 foot gators, relatively easily. Everyone wanted to see him lose an arm, but he didn't. I got the opportunity to hold a baby gator, which was pretty cool. It was smoother and lighter than I thought it would be, but still pretty cool.

    That, my fine friends, was a very abbreviated night. Short and interrupted, my sleep will need to be had aboard an American Airlines jet because not nearly enough rest was had when it should have been.
