... felt cold and heavy and I was struggling to find a steady pace. After about the 65 km mark, I finally started getting my legs moving, I started feeling good again, it almost felt like my joints had just gotten greased. A very long downhill stretch started, perfect timing. I kept my body loose, and let me body work with gravity, my strides started getting longer and my legs started lifting higher, I started getting faster and faster. I was recently in Brisbane and visited an Ecclesia I had never been before and yet was loving welcomed in and could feel the effects of our Extended Ecclesial family. We also grow up knowing that the joy of having this type of "Family" ...
