Four days relaxing in Plettenberg was delightful but now it’s time to move northward. We began by driving 127 miles to Port Elizabeth Airport, turned in one car, then flew 565 miles to Durban and picked up another car. We flew because I had been advised that the “Wild Coast” roads were not good, animals often meandered onto the roads and poverty was rampant.

Day 4 started very early with some tired faces appearing in the court yard of the guesthouse. ... I was able to relish in daydreaming about my due date and life with new bubs. Unfortunately life is crazy busy at the moment with Huddy and Max starting school/kinder last week. Glenn starting building at Lamontville on Monday, Clermont opening next Saturday and typical busy mission work week ahead of me and the obviously looming questions of what are we doing next year, makes it almost impossible to even picture which country ...

It has now been almost a week since I moved into my homestay. At first, I didn't feel incredibly comfortable. I suppose that is to be expected, suddenly being adopted into a families home and lifestyle. In the past few days, I have really bonded with my sisters. My oldest sister, Thah, cooks dinner every night because Mama doesn't get home till after 8. Thah and Nelo, my other sister who is 22, and I shared music last night and ...
