I Will Not Be Hyena Bait...
...as Anita says before we head off to Umfolozi - Hluhluwe Game Reserves tomorrow. Uncle Rog and I will be braaing (American translation = barbecue) outside in the bush, and Debbie has sided with Anita. They will be waving at Uncle Rog and me from inside the chalet at Mpila (lodging in Umfolozi Game Reserve).

Two days to go
... owner has still not got the papers from Wesbank. However we have asked her to do the registration for us as we won't be able to do it before we leave.
Now it is full steam ahead with the packing - the drawers are in the back of the land cruiser as is the deep freeze.
I have done the last of my admin - I hope - and can now get down to some packing and getting the house ready for the house sitter.

Despite this amateur performance we did see a pride of lions on the hunt, stalking through the long grass toward the bush.
