There are women sweeping the street, which seems like a good idea, but they don't clean up the trash; they shove it all into the edges of the street, or the places of the sidewalks where areas are cut out around the trees. Whenever it rains, the water gathers in these places as well, so there are little soupy areas of trash here and there. At least they do "clean" the areas we're walking on ...
