    ... is the temperature indoors. Central heating barely exists here with most indoor temperature control focused on air conditioning during the summer. Suffice to say that it is bloody cold to the point where dinner is eaten with coasts on, visits to restaurants require an extra jumper and time is spent watching TV cocooned in duvets and blankets.
