She was complaining about the British ' white hairs" ( "elderly in their 60s & 70s") in her hotel...saying they are notorious for being loud, rude and complainers...she said she was embarrassed and felt bad for the staff listening to them! In the afternoon, I drove Jerry to the little town of Lenno where I dropped him off at the water front and met him for a wonderful leisurely lunch at a lakeside cafe. Postcard perfect views!
