On the way we stopped twice, firstly because the sea was soooo blue and we had to stop. Next to this was a beautiful building leading into the port that em sat beautifully on the edge of the water. So many people are chilling on the beach having picnic dinners or having drinks with friends. The atmosphere is pretty wicked! Got some cool photos -Went under a waterfall near the top of the point -Decided to go out again with Leigh and Chloe, two Australians we had met at our hostel. Went to Irish pub, Wayne's again and live band Pompet club. Met some buckets from Spain. Mucko got kicked out of Pompet cause he smoked a cigarette someone had lit inside. Allowed back ...

I guess it only rains in Italy.

After the usual breakfast and packing the van, I was off at about 10am to descend from the Col de Turini. I was really looking forward to this, as it is one of the most famous driving roads in the world. Before I departed this morning, a few dozen Porsches (and their owners) descended on our hotel. This is the kind of thing that happens here.

          At first ...

... of security was after exiting the Star Trek-esque scan, I happened to scan the floor. Clearly budget cuts have reduced funding for the cleaning crew. Yuck, yuck, yuck I thought walking over the get my shoes off the belt. Assuming I would walk at least a mile through the never-ending walking- escalator corridor that is McNamara terminal, I had to be mistaken that I was standing in front of A 38. Only one gate over? Is that really the bathroom within eyesight? And, right ...
