    ... was chicken ratatouille and we had a chocolate mousse for dessert. The restaurant we dined at had magnificent views of Monaco and I've attached some of the photos from there.     ... Korea who had travelled a bit. We got to know her and talked till 1am before going to bed. It had been a long day and I was gutted that our booking was cancelled but I guess everything worked out for good. Thank you Lord for pulling through and giving us a bed to sleep in.     We decided to stop off in Nice for one night to promenade along the front in the Riviera and enjoy the sights and sounds. However we arrived to find it absolutely pelting down with rain.

    After finding our somewhat seedy hotel, fortunately close to the train station, we waited for the rain to abate. After half an hour and no sign of that happening we headed to the front anyway.
