    ... cars parked outside the casino including Ferraris, Porches, Maseratis, Rolls Royces, Lexus and an old Buick. I hope the photos give an idea of the extreme wealth evident in this town. On our walk back to the bus we were greeted by a fireworks displayed which was a bonus and was a great end to another great night on tour.     Took a day off sightseeing in Nice... My plan was to just lay on the beach, eat ice cream and relax, but I couldn't do it.. I was on the beach for a while actually, and managed to get sunburned.     Tomorrow we head to Milan which is our departure point for Singapore. Today is our last untimetabled day in our European leg. The end is drawing close! So this is a chance to sleep in, enjoy breakfast and do some unplanned sightseeing. I had hoped to sneak around the corner into Italy and revisit the Cinque Terre but the train trip is too long...     ... chill to it - time to head
    back to Menton.

    All in all, the French Riviera is
    not a place I would hurry back to. nor is it a place i would recommend
    to fellow travelers. There are far more interesting places to go to than
    here.

    PS: Arrived back at the hotel. Checked with reception - guess what - STILL NO SIGN OF OUR MISSING LUGGAGE!!!!!! A quick check with Gemeva airport reveals that the ...
