    ... was chicken ratatouille and we had a chocolate mousse for dessert. The restaurant we dined at had magnificent views of Monaco and I've attached some of the photos from there.     At least half of my 12 roommates appear to belong to a group of German-speaking brats who've mixed up a hostel with a slumber party and think it's fine to whisper and giggle in the bedroom til after 1am when there are many perfectly good common areas they could do that in, and also that it's fine to bring their guy pals (to the women's only room) to have a good yarn after midnight.     ... we had a final wander around the marina and then headed for the train. The main casino charges for entry and we thought after vegas this wouldn't amount to much so gave that a miss.I'm sure there was more to be appreciate, but not for us in this heat and with our budget. Casino square and the nightclubs would have been worth staying for a bit longer at, however in havianas, covered in sweat and with another month of travel we thought our hard earned dosh was invested otherwise. ...

    All in all, the French Riviera is
    not a place I would hurry back to. nor is it a place i would recommend
    to fellow travelers. There are far more interesting places to go to than
