... water courses seemed very high. Meningie Lakes and The Wellington Ferry meant we were very close to home and we were all kind of looking forward to it. ... we got in to town we went for lunch, had a wander around, had a quick go at the footy kicking challenge (turns out I'm not such a good footy player) and ended up down by the South Australia Museum.
If you ever end up in Adelaide I'd definitely give this place a look. Lots of great exhibitions ranging from the usual natural history taxidermy to aboriginal art work and all totally free. We had to cut our visit somewhat short to get back home in time for ...

... bum. Car was still drive-able so we went straight to get van fixed then back to Levi caravan park ( 5km from Adelaide CBD) after check in and set up I headed off to the police station to report accident then spent most of the night on the phone to RAVC.

Passing an average speed camera which I've not seen in Australia before - Ferry or no Ferry I would need to keep an eye on my speedo.
