... call an ambulance. I was transferred straight to Ashford hospital and immediately commenced treatment for the clots. Treatment was a blood thinner which was to be taken orally twice a day for 6 months.

After 2 days in hospital I was allowed home and with Gary still away was told to take it easy and the breathlessness would gradually subside as the thinners started to clear the clots. I was made aware of the side affects of blood ...

... Camp Nou and Sagarda Familia in Barcelona and Colosseum in Rome remain strong in our personal catalogues. The strongest impression remains of how busy Europe is both with crowds of tourists and daily life for the general population. This was especially amplified when we returned to Adelaide airport on a Saturday night with its trickle of cars on the pick up trial.

Next day we had arranged to meet M & S in the Adelaide Hills hamlet of Stirling and from there they were going to show us around the Barossa Valley.
