Beach time! After getting my head stuffed full of knowledge in the various libraries of Greece
and Turkey it was off to Marmaris for some relaxation and beach time. The beach was so lovely and sandy and yet so empty. ... clean, comfortable, etc. To our dismay, Metro Turizm doesn't run to Fethiye, our next stop. We learned which companies do, and we sort of haphazardly chose Pamukkale bus company.

Big Mistake! We wound up getting off the bus at Mugla, Turkey, a city 2.5 hours PAST Fethiye. This is part our fault and part Pamukkale's.

When we asked the trip length originally, we were told by Pamukkale it would take 3 hours. Our guide book said it was 4, so we wrote it off ...

... we didn't know what we should do about it, whether to throw it back in or take it to a museum . Stuart decided that we should keep it and take it to museum. Later, after talking to an archeologist lady we met from Belgium, she said we should have thrown it back where we found it as they like to keep them where they are found.
