... are going out for a Sichuan hot pot, a famous dining experience here. Tonight Shak (British, 31, traveling for 6 months before starting a pgce) and I are going to a Sichuan opera. Apparently this is nothing like what we consider to be an opera and you sit there drinking tea while someone gives you a massage while the opera is going on. Amazing! Tomorrow am it's the pandas!!!
