  • Heading south of the well past the 21m high minarets of the Sidi Bashir Mosque, we ended up at Kankaria Lake, a massive circular lake with a lovely zoo and promenades all around it. There was also a toy train ride and a Phileas Fogg style hot air balloon!

    This place was litrally a stop over for the night after a 6 hour bus ride. Everyone on the bus just stares. Its often really uncomfortable. Ella seems to be the one who gets it the most due to her blonde hair. If you stare back at them they arent flustered they just do this perverted smile.

    Room service and The House Of Wax as entertainment. Scary ...

    - after the camel safari , we headed back to our camp site where we got ready for the break fast...

    - breakfast was the best food at desert camp
    - later came to know that manager himself had cooked the same due to lack of staff because of diwali...

    -thanked him for wonderful experience of desert and we headed back to ahmedabad..
