    ... taste is Wow! A warming peasant dish in the nose to tail tradition. I dont get anywhere near finishing it. Michaels Rabbit is possibly the most tender I have ever tasted.     ... and had an hours nap that was well needed! Time to do a bit of studying before a possible evening run. Overheated a bit after my run, a cold shower was a god-send.     ... in the morning, we keep the good teacher (Aurelia) and lose the bad one (Estelle). Means I don't miss any lessons next Friday when I go and see Amandine - very excited for that actually. As it was the Friday of the month, each class did a little karaoke which was rather fun. Still got our song in my head (Prendre ta Douleur - Camille).
