With the plan for the day simply to drink Pilsner, our Sunday was definitely a relaxing one. With a warm day ahead, we caught the tram into town and wandered the historical centre, before stopping in at the Brewery Museum and Historical Underground Cellars.

On our way to Prague and still on the hunt for Castles we stumbled across this amazing Chateau on a hill between Plzen and Prague. It was built in the 1100's (like most castles seem to be), more like a Chateau than a traditional turreted castle but they still call them Castles.
