Our second Granfondo event and last ride. Tempo was high... Today we woke up had some breakfast and began cleaning the house as my mum and brother were arriving today. We cleaned everything, put everything away and made the apartment look really clean and nice. After my dad did some billing for the end of the financial year and we just basically had some down time, it was time to go collect my mum and brother from the boat stop. The streams and rivers run so crystal clear, but they are the aquamarine colour, and they cascade and rush over rocks the colours of the rainbow. Its almost fairytale pretty. Cant believe I actually said that but it just so beautiful. PJ went on a telegraphic at the top of one pass, got in at 2240 and stepped out at 2950 metres asl. No pylons though, just start and stop.
