I have seen some of them in Cape Town.
I thought that they were selling cheap telephone handsets first, but it is actually a place to make phone calls because many people do not have telephones at home.
Anyway I was little bit intimated by the atmosphere first but once you start talking to them, they are really nice and friendly.

... to disembark without any problems...except Dora got a little bump on her bum as had to reverse over a hump opposite a dirt verge! The journey was fine but as we passed Lesedi Cultural village we decided to make a pit stop! Pulled up to a 'Boarder Post' (on a hill!) with a guy in a ranger's uniform, we had to sign in car reg etc which gave us some confidence about parking up with all our stuff still in the car! However when he lifted the stop sign up....hill start and 1st gear ...
