... An absolute paradise for a gluten free eater who can find very little in North America because everything has had flour added as a filler, or rolled in it before it is cooked. In Canada we have gluten free substitutes but there, they use flour for Pastries, and breads but don't add it to soups or sauces. We have an exciting itinerary, and if I can get all my gadgets cooperating, I ...

It is September 29, 1960 and I have reached the top of Maine known as Aroostook County. This is a major potato growing area. I drove through Maines pinde wilderness on state route 11. I stayed in Rocinante for the night. I met a great family and had them over for wine. The family that came over was French Canadians and they were very nice. They crossed the border each year to help with the harvest. I enjoyed Aroostook. Now it is time for me to head to Lancaster New Hampshire. ...
