It seems it hags been a day of hurry up and wait. We are waiting at Toronto airport for our connection to Venice. Having a hard time with wifi here so will make this short. It is September 29, 1960 and I have reached the top of Maine known as Aroostook County. This is a major potato growing area. I drove through Maines pinde wilderness on state route 11. I stayed in Rocinante for the night. I met a great family and had them over for wine. The family that came over was French Canadians and they were very nice. They crossed the border each year to help with the harvest. I enjoyed Aroostook. Now it is time for me to head to Lancaster New Hampshire. ...
